The 36TH Annual Streetscene was an enourmas success even though we all had to overcome rainy weather
in the morning. By mid morning however, the rain eased and the public came out to support the event in mass. Overall
around 150 vehicles including muscle cars, street rods, trucks, and motorcycles participated,
a good number of cars, but the rain no doubt contributed to the lower numbers. The Covington Vollunteer Fire Department
also displayed the 1927 American la France fire engine "Hezikiah" which had recently been restored. The
Streetscene Saturday Night Concert at the River Rock Ampitheater featured The Fender Benders which
played a variety of southern and classic rock. A crowd of over 1,000 people attended and enjoyed the Saturday
night festivities. Kars Unlimited would like to thank all that participated in the show and
